SHIPPING: We ship Ground Transportation using either Federal Express, UPS, or Priority Mail. The carrier will be chosen based on the fastest method to arrive at your location. If you need expidited shipping, please contact our office directly to place your order. Park Avenue Pastries is not responsible for shipping delays caused by shipping services, incorrect address information, weather or disaster conditions, or for charges incurred for redelivery attempts and/or incorrect address information.
We will assist you in filing a Claim with the shipper if your order arrives late due to their error, however we cannot offer refunds or credit if the order arrives after your Due Date and the shipper is at fault. Park Avenue Pastries will, however, issue a full refund for shipping charges for an error in delivery if the shipping company is passing the credit onto us for the error. The error cannot be caused by incorrect address information, weather or disaster conditions. Handling charges are non-refundable.
BREAKAGE: We take great care in the packaging of our cookies and we will only ship designs we feel are sturdy enough to arrive safely to our customers. Our individual cookies are wrapped in bubble wrap and nestled in an extra strong box for shipping. Our arrangements are wrapped in bubble wrap and nestled in peanuts. While we do take extra effort to ensure our product arrives to you in perfect condition, we cannot guarantee how the shippers will handle them once they leave our shop. Therefore we are unable to offer a refund for broken cookies. If you do experience a problem, please do contact us.
Park Avenue Pastries is not responsible for chips or defects in the appearance of our decorated cookies that may happen during transport, or for minor breakage.
CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations made prior to 7 days before your Ship Date are entitled to a 90% refund. A 10% Order Processing fee is assessed on all orders. Orders canceled within 7 days of ship date are entitled to a 50% refund IF the order has not been baked. In some instances, company credit for the Order can be issued, please ask us for details.
Quantity changes made after work on your order has begun may not be possible and if a decrease in quantity is requested, the customer is entitled to a company credit for the difference only if applicable. Please do not return or refuse delivery of your order - this does not act as a cancellation and we will not issue a refund.
